Jane Backs up the Bus

 

1. Frank, I don’t know whether to envy you or pity you if you have an Excursion.  I got my first ride in one of those the other day, and was pleasantly surprised how quiet and smooth the ride was.  Very nice vehicle!  I’m glad it was the owner and not me paying the gas bill though!

3. The truth is that in the end the Liberals beleive that the only kind transportation that should be allowed for non-"special" people (ie. the liberal elites and Hollywood freakzoids) is the public transit bus.

   This is how they set the example for how we should move around in the space limited by the boundaries of our assigned megalopolis. You know the one I’m talking about. The great liberal dream of creating a few mega cities and sticking us all in them where they could take care of us and see to it we all had the same exact existence (so it would be fair for all) and so they can protect nature for the evils of mankind.

   You remember nature right? That place where the few noble elites have their mansions so they can enjoy the abundance of nature after their hard work of nobly seeing to our needs/ruling over the masses with out having to look at or smell the rest of us ugly, filthy, stupid sheep...I mean people ooopppss no, that’s citizens. No, still not right...ummmm, oh yes “intellectually challanged detainees”.

   I wonder how long it will be until Soylent Green is made from people?

4. How about a Ford Expedition? Heh..Mine is a 2001 and BRIGHT red. Am I “ashamed” to drive it? Hell, no! The price of filling the big red beast is MY problem, no one elses. I am the one that has to pay for it, not them.

5. Hey all, to help you feel a bit better about the cost of gasoline in the US, we’re paying $1.56 PER LITER here in New Zealand; and that’s up from $1.53 last week....which was up from $1.49 the week prior.  Do the math:  1.56 X 3.78 (liters per gallon) = $5.90 PER GALLON.  Our Mazda now costs just over $70 to fill its 12 gallon tank!
