Your just upset cause Mother Nature is cleaning all those windows instead of you.
BTW, Its 90 here today,Yuk.
I’ll trade you, we have had over 14 inches of rain in the last 7 days. The road by my house has been water free for only 2 out of the last 7 days.
AndyJ, you’re getting it worse than me this week. You’re having the storm that is heading my way in 2-3 days.
Be careful out there in the Hoosier Heartland! You are under a major flood watch and the local rivers are just below flood level, and still rising. Yikes. Plus tornadoes. Crivens!
Yes, I know I rag about the soggy weather, but I also know it could be much worse. I live on the side of what passes for a mountain in NJ (a minor hill everywhere else) so flooding happens to other people. Even during Hurricaine Sandy, while we lost dozens of trees within yards of my home, and the power was out for a week, we never really feared any significant weather damage. Just major inconvenience.
Rich - wiseguy. The thing about really hard rain and windows is that the rain hits the ground so hard that mud bounces up onto the ground floor windows. So once things dry out a bit, I can wind up with even more work. Though most folks just get out the garden hose and spray them off themselves.
Hey Gang ,I had to share this so you all saw it:

Key Words,Windmills Don’t Work.
But But - Global Warming.
Only thing growing in our garden are weeds. But hey, thanks to the rain we’ve only seen the ground hogs once.
With our temp between 75 and 85, and a 40%+ chance of rain each day (scattered or isolated showers) - my poor hands and knees just can’t take it any more.
