it’s not a gag and you couldn’t make it up

 

1. After reading this, and taking into consideration all the other posts here about UK judges, and similar stories about US judges, I’ve come to the conclusion that one of the requirements to be a judge in any country is a total lack of common sense.

2. I think you may have something there Tex. The mind boggles.  How is it much of the public gets it, and judges don’t?
