2. You’re right Rich. Not proud but did forget. Was off all day yesterday but maybe should have done something ahead of time. There was however, some sort of holiday started, well no. Not a holiday. I don’t know what it’s called but, Dec. 7th was picked by Euros (?I believe) as some kind of special day. Nothing to do with our 7 Dec tho.

3. I didn’t forget - almost posted about my Dad & Uncle (KIA Aug. 1942) - but at least posted Never Forget pics on my FB page. Just seem to be busy right now.

   I check Demure Thoughts every couple of weeks. I do miss Jen too. However, being in TX and employed, I am sure that she is doing everything she can to hold onto her job!

   In that vein I did two jobs apps last night and will drop them off today. We are scraping bottom and my son got his dental bill yesterday - he was not happy and I was shocked. Those prices are skyrocketing - so much for Dumbocare bringing down costs. And oh, btw, same insurance co is NOT responding to my simple inquiry - again - so much for Dumbocare fixing a damn thing healthcare wise.

   I will try to get the final Christmas gifts today - need to get the ones to the grandkids packed and sent off. They are all we are buying (except maybe my hubby’s mom) this year. We are sinking financially and will probably be on a beans and rice diet fairly soon. Good thing the son ponied up on a trip to Sam’s club so we stocked up on some canned food and cleaners - should be good through most of winter.
