Ann Coulter thinks that this is another liberal attack upon DNA and the judicial system.
However one has to consider the weighing of the consideration of the two people who are closest (roommate and roommate’s boyfriend)to the victim are probably among the prime suspects but it would be a given that their DNA would be all over the apartment. A conundrum of great magnitude. However their DNA not on the murder weapon is a hefty question mark. I also - wonder about the ‘motive’/scenario the prosecution played out - fantasy does not belong in a court room. People have patterns, even young people - if all three are amoral - then you might have a reason to go to the sex games gone wrong. But if these are 3 young people on their own for the first time - that is a huge leap to justify murder and so many years in prison.
Having said that - I did not follow the trial and or case - only know that there was another roommate (maybe at one time) - what was her testimony? And do we have a background on the victim? No one deserves to be murdered - but some people do place themselves in situations that sort of make it a no brainer outcome.
She served time - that’s more than some murderers ever do.
And I agree - get the heck out of Italy before they come up with something else to put you away.
I wonder if Miss Knox will be offered a huge book and/or movie deal? And how did she defame the Italian Police...did she spit their stuff out when they were finished with her?
Yeah - but you want to know a FACT left out of all this msm drivel - that there is a third person in jail for this crime - a real upright and stellar - DRIFTER AND DRUG DEALER. Man one has to wonder how these two fools even got a conviction in the first place - their lawyers sucked big time.
