3. To me the creepy part is that “GEZ replied saying Schiller would only be exempt if he could prove he did not own television or radio sets.” In other words, whether you are guilty of defrauding us of a bill is beside the point. Unless you can prove yourself to be innocent, we will continue to treat you as guilty.

   Did the rest of the world decide that the burden of proof being on the accuser/prosecutor was a bad idea? Or did that idea go out when the IRS was created and I just didn’t get the memo?

4. You all miss the point Schiller needs to prove he’s dead. Get with the program -

   How anyone can say government/buearacracy is the answer to the problem is nuts to me.
