4. Irony is a son of a bitch!  Interestingly enough, the eco-travelers were rescued by, you guessed it “commerical” fishing vessels, AND locals. The local new reported about 150 boats responded -including those fish killers. The local fishing community (you know, those evil people with the nets that sweep up dolphins and other cute sea creatures) was the first to open their homes and pocket books. Even though it was a Saturday night, the locals opened the schools, Lions club, and other buildings; dug into their pockets to buy toiliteries, blankets and teddy bears.
