My Chinese sister-in-law said the government just steals your money. She said her family owned a square block of apartments in China. I assume that is enough housing for about 10,000 Chinese. They just left it all and came to America.

I still cannot believe Kelo. Very intelligent & learned Supreme Court Justices told us that the Constitution does not mean what it plainly says in “public purpose”. Ergo, the corrupt city government can reward its campaign-donor land developers with my property.
Incredible. It sounds like something that should be coming out of Canada.
