So I guess life in jail in Poland is only 9 years? Sure, if they shoot him on his way out, just before he exits the prison. Otherwise no.
Drew the papers claimed he was Romanian, but with a name lile Ali Majilat I’m not so sure. However I think you are correct he is a Roma gypsy. What particularly annoyed me in this case was the judge. He wanted to know if there were any procedures in place to alert customs officers to criminals like Majlat travelling to the UK from Romania under EEC regulations. Well your honour no there aren’t. Though had be been subject of an interpol enquiry then he would have been detected.
Unfortunately the EU have told Britain in no uncertain terms that they cannot deny entry to EU citizens. Furthemore judges can recommend someone to be deported at the end of their sentence, but in the case of an EU citizen their crime has to have been worthy of at least two years in prison and his previous was burglary for which he only got eight weeks.
Britain has become the dumping ground for the scum of Europe now. If you go into any of the big towns you are likely to be accosted by gypsy beggars who are most likely also claiming welfare. Every day bus loads of them pass through Dover on their way to a new life at the British tax payers expense. Meanwhile the pound now buys $1.40 from a high of over $2 a year ago. The last time the socialists had a run in office they ended up going to the IMF cap in hand for a bailout. No Maggie Thatcher this time though to administer the shock therapy and back then we didn’t allow every Tom, Dick and Ali to sign on at the dole office. Britain reminds me of the Hindenburg....oh the humanity!
