Curious minds want to know: how many elf and safety personnel are required to be present at the opening of a bottle of aspirin or a package of toilet paper?
Hey ... believe it or not they HnS have sent a notice to three adventurers, I have the article and will post, anyway H and S says these guys with 100yrs experience including military, have been told they need a minder and can’t use some sort of heater. ???
The article is among a pile of papers I need to dig for it. The old guys ended up telling the youngster the agency sent to get stuffed!
I think I finally figured out why Nanny States exist. It’s to give all those hundreds, if not thousands, of gubbmint employees job security. After all, can’t go having people with experience (even 100 yrs worth split between 3 guys) get an “ouchie” and tying up the NHS.
And, here we sit with TEH ONE wanting to shove universal coverage (NHS) down our throats whether we want it or not. And then our DHS considers us to be “right-wing extremists” who “might” become “terrorists” for daring to disagree with TEH ONE on even ONE thing. That came out the day before the nationwide “tea parties” that took place here the 15th. Oh, yeah, and if you’re a military vet according to the secretary of DHS you’re de facto one who needs to be watched as you’re a “right-wing extremist” who might turn terrorist like McVeigh (the only vet she ever had anything to do with). Course, after the head of the American Legion jumped all over her for that she said veterans who were offended for something in that report were “owed” an apology. No apology has been forthcoming as of yet.
