We The People can stop this and remove every single piece of un-Constitutional, totalitarianistic legislation in a single act:
DEMAND Barack H. Obama PRODUCE HIS LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE under the Natural Born (for those out there who think that this is a ‘birther’ issue - Not Native born) Citizen Clause of the Constitution. And of course then Impeach the Pelosi headed House and Reid headed Senate for not certifying the same under the 12th (?) Amendment. And of course then Remove the Supreme Court Justice (or his lacky) who conveniently threw out the Berg Suit without the requisite 4 Justice panel to decide whether or not the suit should be heard.
It would null and void all of the past 2+ years - everything from the Lily Leadbetter equal pay EO to the FCC overtaking the InterNet. Bite Me would not step up - Nor would Piglosi - As it nulls the entire Election. RESET/REDO.
Yes it would create a grand mess - but it would be a CONSTITUTIONAL mess compared to the past two years of lying, cheating and crapweasels on steroids in DC. - Who have been anything but Constitutional. Take a look at the Kilpatrick (Detroit Mayor) mess - they are finding out just how much and for how long he & his family has been swindling MI into poverty. Now they just have to find the money - Good Luck in that.
And America is being just as swindled, just as damaged and We The People can not just sit by. Get hit by a clue bat people - it isn’t just Dems doing this - People like Arlen Spector (did you catch his diss on the way out - Not a F*^#n’ clue that HE was the problem) and Juan McShamnesty are as big a problem as the socialist liars such as The Won and Bite Me. They enable it, they have allowed it - NOT ENOUGH OF THEM ARE SPEAKING FOR THE PEOPLE WHO WORK & MAKE THIS COUNTRY GREAT.
Repeal the 16th Amendment - cut them off at the wallet (Hey Chuck U Schumer - How about We The People ask you crapweasels in DC - HOW MUCH IS ENOUGH?????) or a Simple FLAT tax - everyone from bottom up PAYS THE SAME PERCENTAGE.

And do away with 99% of the legislation - Congresses job is Federal Infrastructure and Defense of the Nation - not who eats what amount of salt or where the spotted mini owl nests.
Drill HERE and Drill NOW - Cut Corporate Taxes, EPA & other hobbling legislation and Encourage Business & Manufacturing - Get Uncle Obama out of Business, Healthcare and rein in the Tort Lawyers. (Did you know now they think most of the pollution on the West Coast is CHINA!!!! Big deal it’s going to matter since CHINA is conveniently left out of Kyoto and of course the newest GlowBall Warning bs) - Get a clue - it is all on purpose and all meant to DESTROY America.
But please let’s start by We The People Demanding that our Constitution be Upheld and Defended by simply proving one way or the other that Barack Hussein Obama is Constitutionally eligible to be President of the United States.
From there We The People can Take Back America and Clean House - for another 233 years.
The FCC can’t even be trusted to do the job they were chartered for - regulate the use of the RF spectrum fairly. Look up Howard Armstrong sometime.... The guy invented the basics of the modern communications system. When RCA asked him to do something about the static of AM radio, he came up with FM. RCA decided they didn’t want it & threw him out of the building. So Armstrong decided to go on his own and start an FM network. RCA lobbied the FCC to change the frequency allocation of FM and made Armstrong’s receivers obsolete overnight, driving Armstrong’s network off the air. So do we really want the FCC involved in the internet?
