1. Best made with Barrett’s Bermudian ginger beer.  Others seem just a little too harsh.

2. Well, the Goya stuff with take off the roof of your mouth. It’s pure ginger oil, which is like liquid razor blades. Gosling’s own brand of ginger beer is very mild stuff.

   Never had a Barrett’s. Ginger beer of any sort is pretty hard to find around here.

3. Not a rum drinker really but Woods Navy or Pussers https://www.pussers.com/ would be my poison.
