I say go up there and just push the ‘a’hole off the damn bridge. this is taking too long.

 

1. Are there no dart guns?  Are there no sharp shooters?  No SOB has the right to cause a mess like that.  Knock his ass off the bridge and clear the road.

2. One word. Taser liberally applied to the perp’s gentleman’s parts. Yes, there is a chance that he will flop off the bridge, but there is an equal chance he will not. Meanwhile, traffic snarl is freed up.

3. The most troubling thing is the comments on the original article. They are all about “oh, the poor guy, all you horrible cold-hearted people getting angry at the mentally disturbed person”, blah blah blah. Not one on the actual content of the article (except for the one I just posted), which was outlining police incompetence likely due to HSE stupidity.
