OSCE is not the UN. They’ve been here before, too.
Well I guess Bush is heading off the Dummycrat end run when they “have the election stolen” this time.
I don’t like it however, not one bit.
This doesn’t bother me very much. This is not the same thing as what the Johnson senators were asking for as Deb pointed out. Bush knows there was nothing out of the ordinary during the last election, and if anything the Dems were the ones guilty of “denying citizens the right to vote” (overseas ballots, anyone?) in 2000. He is calling their bluff in a way.
Well, won’t really matter. If they (OSCE or the UN) would actually make some sort of attempt to intervene, that would simply be grounds for an ass whuppin and ejection
We used to live in a soveriegn nation. If I wanted to give that up I would have moved to Europe.
They were here in 2002 for the congressional elections, and for the California governor-fest.
Never the less being the politically correct citizen I am I’ve sent letters of complaint to both of my communist senators, my communist representative and my American representative. I know it won’t do any good but at least they’ll know they are being watched by someone who votes.
Hey, why not? If anybody is going to get caught doing something illegal, it’s going to be the dems. Lets get some recently freed guys and gals from Iraq to oversee the Dade county dem precints. Same in St Louis.
What I would find HILARIOUS would be if the UN monitors found election fraud...in heavily Democratic districts. At the very least, the graveyards would sleep through the election (rumors that Kennedy won the 1960 election in a few states by Democratic machines voting the local graveyards).
...such as ILL Annoy in the infamous 1960 classic “NIGHT...of the Voting...DEAD!”
