I never thought I’d be defending Sharia and Iran

 

1. That someone would do such an evil and horrific action (pour acid over a person) for the simple reason that said person refused a marriage request - lowers the man to the level of an animal that would kill simply because another crossed some pissed on line. To have sympathy for this man demeans the victim but worse demeans humanity.

   Please read (this is for your comment re: Britain not taking care of her own, but feeling ‘righteous’ enough to comment on Iran’s decision) read the story of the murders of Channon Christian and Chris Newsom

   (the link wanders and dallies into some assorted off shoots but it the only one I’ve found that does not sanitize what was endured by Ms Christian (found in 5 garbage bags in a garbage can) and Mr Newsom (found shot, burned up by railroad tracks).

   To see that ‘civilized’ treatment of criminals does nothing but escalate the damage that these sub-humans do.

   I find it ironic that the decision arrived on by Iran is directly from Deuteronomy 19:21 - ‘Thus you shall not show pity: life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.’

   Funny that they are using text from the part of the Bible that is about the Jews and Jewish law.

   Wrong is Right. Indeed the World is going insane.

2. I’m sorry...what Iran is doing is absolutely WRONG, no matter what pretext it fits under. Such is Islam’s influence on the world.
