Mopeds in the UK must be very different from those in the USA. Ours have a top speed of 40mph, take all morning to get going that fast, and couldn’t pull a wheelie if you tried.
Scooters, OTOH, can go faster, but are generally almost as Dork Squad uncool as mopeds.
A gang of criminal children might have mopeds, until they could steal enough to get dirt bikes. No adult would ever even think about it.
The girls should be lobotomized and sent home. The moped (those are scooters not mopeds)
should be stripped naked and superglued to their scooters, hands and bare asses, and left that way for two weeks. No petrol allowed. Video the whole thing for future use on YouTube.I’m sorry but that list of supplies - show coherent thought, premeditation, planning but more importantly a sane mind. Because they not only put together the list, they then followed it and then acted upon it.
When I volunteered (required by my field of study) in the MO State Mental hospital in college - our work on the locked ward was a lot of things - but frightening was not one of them. However, when we went to most of the wards to sing Christmas songs with another group - the teen ward - scared me to death. They were very frightening mentally ill people. Most others (most especially the elderly) were sad and tragic. Of course, being females, we were not allowed on the male locked ward, so maybe they were frightening too.
I would like to know the back stories on our little evil girls - how can kids be this dangerous and deceptive - and the parents, teachers, neighbors be so damn clueless?
But obviously - I have a vastly different concept of parents and raising children than a lot of people out there. And like ISIS/whatever and our current Administration (and the EU) obvious clueless attitude toward them - innocents get killed for the lack of action and a sane and rapid response.
Do you all think that the rop would be rampaging around the world as they are if, when captured in the 1970s/whenever (thinking back to the Iran hostage situation, rise of Osama, Achille Lauro highjacking et al) - they were sentenced to death and executed? These people kill people for playing soccer, wearing lipstick, going to school and playing x-box. Is it really a moral equivalence to capture a criminal, try him/her in a court of law, sentence them to death and then execute them? And why has the law and moral compass become so skewed that people can even believe that to be true.
Children who kill are the product of some demented, evil or criminal in their life - those are the ones who need to be sterilized and serve a life long community service sentence. Although I am all for our little murdering (almost) misses being kept from civilized society for most of their lives.

The really frightening fact of life and crime today, is that these two bad seeds are not even the very worst of it. Evil as they are.
