2. Having major problems with new technology!!!!!!!!  Just got a new cell phone - get a new one every 2 years with Verizon........My old one died while on vacation in September - the new one is free with rebate...........now for the life of me can’t even figure out voice mail on the new one..........had to have my son help me put in contact nubers...........why do they make these things so difficult to use?????  The manual is no help at all.........
