i watched that interview. man he was boring. i generally enjoy that show but that was just pitiful.
He’s never going away. He’ll have a reality show next. Then he’ll write a book about that. Then he’ll come out with a “Learn To Play Saxaphone” 6 DVD set. He’ll accost an orderly at his retirement home and make the news. Finally, when he dies, the lamentation, wailing, and gnashing of teeth will last for years.
So get used to it, he’s gonna be around at least 25 more years.
Jon Stewart looks like he’s leaning in for a mouthful.
Why is it always Democrat ex-Presidents that won’t go away?
Carter keeps poking his nose where it doesn’t belong, trying to play “peacemaker.” Clinton, I’ll give him an appearance at the convention, but just one. Why must he be omnipresent(besides his massive ego?)
Nixon went and wrote books and columns and stuff. Ford, I don’t know where he went, but he went away. Reagan had one swan song appearance at the ‘92 convention, and a big send off when he died. Bush I appears mostly on the History Channel, and seemingly mostly talking about his plane.
Heck, even pre-McGovern Dems, like LBJ and Truman had the decency to go away and shut up. But the post-McGpvern ones just won’t.
