There is one reason and one reason only for this or any other piece of anti 2nd Amendment legislation. That reason is to continually whittle away and then eventually eliminate private ownership of firearms. We’ve all looked at the FBI studies, the Anti Gun people could look at them too if they wanted to. They don’t or they don’t care, take your choice.
