  1. Much as I believe he is guilty and should be presented to Bobo the horny homosexual gorilla as a cellmate, those moron prosecuters poked the pooch so bad, I would have been amazed had it gone any other way.  It was almost as if they were trying to lose as inept they were.

  2. Guilty - Not Guilty? Who gives a damn. At least the miserable POS won’t continue occupying the media 24/7.  My only hope is that his lawyers clean his ass so badly that next time, and there will be a next time, there won’t be enough money left to buy everyone off.

  3. If any of us adults here, especially men over 21 years, probably non-famous all, had:

    1. A ten year old boy spend the night in our bed.
    2. Many pre-pubescent boys spent the night in our bed,
    3. Been devious enough to do this under the pretense of helping very vulnerable sick kids,
    4. Had paid money to the parents of these boys with a sealed non-disclosure agreement,

We would not come and go from the courthouse in a caravan befitting POTUS, would not have a police motorcycle escort, but would be transported in a prison van, and we would be under the jail while the authorities looked for a good place to throw away the key.

And why weren’t the parents charged with child endangerment?

Greedy stupid fucks pimping their kids to a freaky pedophile.  That’s as disgusting as Jackson.  And don’t play the race card either!  Jackson is whiter than any of us and abandoned his ethnicity years ago.

Posted by dick    United States   06/13/2005  at  05:54 PM

  4. A jury of twelve acquitted Jackson.  Two claims of pedophilia in ten years were both blown off - both by this jury as the older case was brought up during this trial.

Why all this outrage?  Because Jackson is a major talent and is ‘weird’ by others’ standards?  What about those guys who wear robes and call themselves priests?  Thousands of young boys and adolescents victims of sexual crimes as well as the ultimate betrayal..... and here people are whining about this?  This was extortion.  Pure and simple.  Jackson might be strange, but his life has been strange by ‘normal’ standards.

People are quick to call him a pervert, but then his life is filled with perverts looking to take from him.

The real perverts, beyond those we hear of occasionally in the news, are the men in robes.  With God on their side, they have done grievous harm.  Show me the pain and agony in Jackson’s so-called victims.

    Give me a break.

  6. I have not one to follow the career of Michael Jackson - his music does nothing for me..........It seems to me that he is a non-educated simpleton, surrounded by people who “have his interest at heart”.  I think he has been misguided all of his life, leaving him prey to those who would take advantage of him.......I think we all knew he would be aquitted.........Now, let’s just forget about him & go on to more important items in the news...........

  7. Phoenix - You said “This was extortion.”

This wasn’t a civil suit, but a criminal trial.  There are no monetary damages awarded to a plaintiff, but rather only a not guilty verdict or a prison term and/or fine if guilty.

    Where was the extortion?

Posted by dick    United States   06/13/2005  at  09:30 PM

  8. Where was the extortion, give me money, or I press charges…

Jacko said no, so she pressed the charges.

If Jacko had decided to pay it AFTER the charged had been filed, she would have DROPPED the charges in a heartbeat.

Watch this golddigger take him to civil court, just watch....

  9. I hear the media has been calling Jennifer Willbanks wanting another non-story they can be infatuated with now that the Michael Jackson verdict is in.. the Aruba case is one thing.. but it is news and it looks like due to some bad choices and bad luck, she is no longer a missing person case but a missing Body case :<

  10. I just want this sick son of a bitch to LEAVE THE USA! Go to FRANCE and hang out with Roman Polanski!

Posted by Macker    United States   06/14/2005  at  12:51 AM

  11. Is it just my imagination, or did Michael’s nose double in length on the way out of the courthouse?

Posted by toast    United States   06/14/2005  at  01:08 AM

  12. Would you let Michael Jackson have your 12 year old son stay overnight for a YEAR???

    I didn’t think so.

    I rest my case.

  13. He should have been at least found gulity with servering booze to a minor.

If you read some of the comments from the jury the mothers actions on the stand had a bigger impact then the facts.

Yes, how they “felt” was more important then the facts.

    What rubbish.

    #3 hits it dead on.

  14. Two questions:

    When will it happen again?

Who will be the first to claim that this was all a conspiracy to bring down and slander a well-known “black” man?

Opps, the second has occured, guess we only have to wait for the first.

  15. Okay, he said he didn’t do it and now the lawyer says he’ll never do it again. What more can we ask? rolleyes

  16. Dick,

Jaguar answered your question about the extortion.

    Steel,

Based on your statements, who’s to blame?  The mother?  Jackson?  Or the kid for staying there and being OH-SO-ABUSED?

Jackson tried to get rid of these people for a long time and they wouldn’t go.  I rest my case.  Period.

Posted by Phoenix    United States   06/14/2005  at  10:05 AM

  17. Yep, a one-way ticket to Brazil is certainly proof of him wanting to get rid of them.

I can think of some people I’d like to put on long one-way trips. Getting them on “Styx Air” planes might be a problem though.

Posted by StinKerr    United States   06/14/2005  at  10:18 AM

  18. Yep, Stink,

That was one way MJ tried to get rid of them.  Money for life to get the hell away from him.  And guess what?  They wouldn’t go.  They figured extortion would win them bigger bucks.  But, Jackson tried many times before the offer to Brazil to get rid of these flakes.  Jackson’s people knew what these grifters were up to even if Jackson didn’t.  That does not make him guilty.

I bet that Good Mother is thinking.. ‘Damn, why didn’t we take that Brazil offer?!’

  19. I’ll bet he declares bankruptcy soon.

  20. My money is on him selling off Neverland and clearing out to France where it’s ok to dangle kids from balconys.

Posted by gdonovan    United States   06/14/2005  at  03:26 PM

  21. Could be, gdonovan, or he’ll go to some other sinkhole where they will cheerfully sell their children for a pittance.

That or he will start quietly importing them.

Yeah, I’m thinking “Neverland” will go on the block and not return it’s cost.

  22. Cat,

As a matter of fact, I used reason in my thoughts about this case.  Far from the emotionality displayed in most of the comments here, I let logic rule the day.  It wasn’t hard....  Try it.  Twelve jurors did. If you listened to their commentary, you would know they were no more star-struck than I am.  I’ve never been star-struck in my life.  Nor do I allow myself knee-jerk reactions to anything.

Posted by Phoenix    United States   06/14/2005  at  06:10 PM

  23. Phoenix- Have you read some of the jury comments??

Doesn’t sound like logic ruled the day at all to me.

  24. Juror partying with MJ-
