  2. The EU News today is pure propaganda how Galloway’s Senate rant put the “Americans” in their place.  In the US even Michigan Democrat Senator Carl Levin, ranking member on the oil-for-food scandal subcommittee, said of Galloway, “Not credible.” Senator Levin is also against the war.  The American press is pretty quiet about Galloway but there are hundreds of articles from around the world today about his rant and they all have something in common:  anti-American.

The Washington Times reported that Levin’s committee has, “Documents, mounds of documents, linking European officials to profits from the oil-for-food scam that now appears to be the largest case of political graft in history.” question

The world’s press is more liberal than America’s.  How could 1 billion people be fooled? flag

  3. This isn’t throwing the bums out, but it looks like a step in the right direction.

The UN oil-for-food scam is the largest case of political graft in history?

As far as I am concerned, the UN itself qualifies for that, although a very close second comes immediately to mind....

    wink

  4. Nothing hurts worse than a financial spanking.  I hope this goes through.

    Z,

You ask how can 1 billion people be fooled?
Religion for starters.  ALL religions cannot be right.

  5. Pheonix: I’m not talking about religion I’m talking about the world press.

From Turkenistan to London the press is saying Galloway came to America and kicked our ass, hozen moonbats.  Couldn’t just a couple of articles side with the USA, maybe in Singapore or something?

This Galloway is bigger than Bo at American Idol but on a world wide scale, it’s pathetic.

If it wasn’t for the US military Galloway would be speaking in German right now.

  6. He got bounced out of the mainstream party and had to, with the help of the communists, form his own party. He lost his district in Glasgow and got elected in a district of London which is majority Muslim.

His Palestinian wife divorced him and his charitable foundation is going to be investigated again (They couldn’t find the books during the first investigation, so they dropped it). It ain’t gonna be all beer and skittles for Mr. Galloway, I hope.

  7. Z,

I know you were talking about the press.  Your question was rhetorical, but I felt like pointing out religion, anyway.  The press is its own religion these days - in every conceivable rotten way religion can operate.

  8. Stin,

This guy’s fifteen minutes of fame are going to blow up in his face so fast, he won’t know what hit him.  Watch some outrageous ‘scandal’ about him surface here real soon.  I hope it leaves egg on the faces of the press.  Bragging about smoking a cigar??  Some phallic imagery of ostentatious behavior is supposed to make US look bad?  I think not.
