1. Ya just never know what these Demiwits are gonna try. Of course if they can’t get the “gang of fourteen” to go along with it and if the reasonable (sane) Dems like Lieberman won’t participate, they don’t have a chance.

   It’s not gonna stop fat Ted, Joe “listen to me talk” Biden, Dick “the traitor” Turban and Chuckie “the wretch” Schumer from ranting about it.

2. They have done themselves far more harm than good in this escapade, Stin.  And I would bet that Judge Alito is home free.

   Fatboy and the boys will make fools of themselves over Alito for a little while longer, in all likelihood--but then they’ll all move on to something else, like vagrants moving their filth and litter from one street to the next.

3. Fatboy and company probably don’t have the balls to filibuster at this point.  After all, they could not stand to watch the character witnesses give their testimony.  Like schoolyard bullies, they can only bully when the odds are wholly in their favor, but turn and run when those odds turn even slightly aside.  If they do summon up enough cajones to try, the remainder of the senate needs to slap them down immediately and with enough force to leave bruises.  Send them cowering to the corner and let them cry to their media buddies about unfairness on the playground.  F’ing whiners anyway.

5. I would turn the tables on the Donks if they wanted to filibuster. MAKE THEM TALK! None of these bullshit breaks or trading off. Make Senator Kennedy read out the DC phonebook every name that’s listed in there!
   And show it all on C-SPAN2!
