1. Good grief. I know they stole most of that math and science stuff from the ancient Greeks and Romans, and had plenty of scholarly Jews working for them, but I figured that the muslimes at least invented goat humping. Not even that, eh? Wow, that’s lame.

4. JayD if C4 repeats David Starkeys the History of Britain its well worth watching. Starkey is a big poof, but he is as smart as paint and something of a rarity. A right wing historian/celebrity. He fell foul of the establishment when he pointed out that black culture was nothing of the sort. His series on England is superb and he does a good synopsis of Alfred the Great.
