Oh, so that’s what the plant looks like (shrug).
Never lived in that world, and somehow I can’t convince myself that I’ve ever actually missed anything....
OCM has stated that he doesn’t drive under the influence. Pot really messes with your sense of time & space. Do NOT drive, no matter how well you THINK you can do it. Don’t operate bench saws either.

In fact, the Skipper urges all pot smokers to stay away from electic toothbrushes and electric can openers. Or else you could brush your teefus out of your mouth or open a can of pork and beans you really don’t need to eat.
Wind up gumming your food or farting yourself to death. Either one is an awful way to die.
Cap’n—Even worse would be attempting to brush your teeth with the electric can opener.
Whacking away at the can of pork and beans with an electric toothbrush is merely frustrating. And you feel really stupid in the morning when you see the shiny top of the can.

I think I’ll pass on all that, and stick to cherry schnapps. Whatever else it does, it doesn’t give me any more problems than I already have with time and space.
Had a physician call into the ER today - he said a friend of his would be coming in to be evaluated - seems she passed out this morning...............The woman arrived & said she passed out in her shower & hit her head on the shower wall & was dizzy............We did the whole flippin’ work-up, labs, head CT, etc & after questioning the woman further she said she had taken Exstacy the night before.....................God damned stupid woman!!!!!! What the hell did she expect after what she did???? Stupid people do stupid things & then expect sympathy from those of us in the medical profession..........NOT!!!!!!

OCM I take your point on labelling marijuana “dope” but not alcohol and nicotine. However caffeine?? Now that’s stretching it a bit.
Whilst there are some merits to legalisation, mostly from cutting out the gangster middlemen. Personally I think that excessive marijuana use is harmful. It’s only my opinion but I have noticed many chronic users take on a “pinched” look. It’s as if the skin around the skull is too taught. I refer to it as the “Gollum” look. They appear to me as if they are much older than their physical age. However this is purely speculation.
