Drs Gallant and Eisen have written quite a lot of Pro 2A articles. They have been published at National Review, Reason, and many other magazines and web pages, along with a fair number of journals of law review. They often work and write with Dave Kopel.

I do not think that there is anyone in the US who could not answer even just one of questions with a negative response. Most especially when you add the family members in a mental instution (don’t forget that less than 40 years ago you could put just about any family in a MI for just about any reason).
Those who use guns to kill have problems that scope beyond simply mental and/or criminal. And while it is nice to use criteria in regards to firearms purchase - removing them from the sane, legal and majority of citizenry while not doing a damn thing about the thugs, drug dealers and run of the mill criminals - who don’t ever, ever bother to go to any place where forms are the norm - doesn’t make a positive difference at all - in fact it makes it worse.
Never forget we are not to actually look at the studies and/or results that prove over and over again that liberal stupid policies usually do the exact opposite of their intention - We are simply to look at, admire and applaud their ‘good intentions’.
What a crock.
