1. Easy fix - no new student loans. And no lowered expectation entrance requirements. And no
   BS BAs - history of transgendered ancient Icelandic macrame is no longer a valid major. Thin the ranks to actual scholars, open trade schools like in Poland, and put the yobs to work.
