2. Peiper - the Unions are everywhere now and making those 50 times increase of cost to everything. Can’t have some dumb slub managing a paint brush, now can we.

   Meanwhile back in 1991 when we moved into our house in KY - I gave paint brushes to two 13 year old girls and I painted the livingroom in a couple of hours (including the ceiling).

   Unions should be a felony in America. They have ruined our education, destroyed our LEOs and are about to destroy our healthcare.

4. You folks are right as usual. And Unions are evil in the extreme.  And if you think they’re rotten to the core back in the USA, you should see this place. There’s a strike call for the day before Olympics (not that give 2 hoots for that)by boarder guards. Or immigration ppl. The majority of memebrs did not vote to strike btw, but you know how unions work.
   I don’t think a strike will happen. Someone will be paid off and it won’t be the membership most likely.

   Re. saboteur. Hanging ok so long as he can be cut down before death, and hung again.

5. Well, when your secretary of the navy is preoccupied with getting the navy to run on chicken fat and bacon grease these things will happen,again,and again,and again.
   Hey, you guys want to hear a good joke? Sure you do. Here goes;

   INTERVIEWER: “ So, General Reinwald, what things are you going to teach these young boys when they visit your base?”

   GENERAL REINWALD: ‘We’re going to teach them climbing, canoeing, archery, and shooting.”

   INTERVIEWER: “Shooting! That’s a bit irresponsible, isn’t it?”

   GENERAL REINWALD: “I don’t see why, they’ll be properly supervised on the rifle range.”

   INTERVIEWER: “Don’t you admit that this is a terribly dangerous activity to be teaching children?”

   GENERAL REINWALD: “I don’t see how. We will be teaching them proper rifle range discipline before they even touch a firearm.”

   INTERVIEWER: “ But you’re equipping them to become violent killers.”

   GENERAL REINWALD: “Well, you’re equipped to be a prostitute, but you’re not one, are you?”
