  1. Oh dear God.

“Prosecutors are not seeking the death penalty.”

Why?  No seriously, WHY?  Is the case against her flimsy, because if it CAN be proven that she willingly did this, I can’t see any reason for letting her continue to breath.

  2. I think that was in exchange for her being tried in front of just a judge. She’s already been in lockup at least twice, so another conviction is pretty much for life. But if guilty then she needs to be put down.

The case might have some small holes in it; she claims she was paid $20 to throw out the bag. And there are some side issues ... she knows the parents, or knows somebody who rents a room or apartment from them or something. Worked next door to their house maybe? Parents have had problems, perhaps a history of drug use or booze or something. Very hard to get it all straight; so many of the links I found read like they were translated from Martian. And like anything online, you have to sift the wheat from the chaff. And the BS.

One BIG thing I neglected to mention was that she has NBPP on her side:

Another interesting aspect of this story is that New Black Panther Party activist Quannel X, a man whose rhetoric has not exactly been loving towards white people or Jewish people, has met with Nelson and even attended her first court appearance.

He says he has been involved at the request of the family.

Not surprisingly, not one news source has speculated on whether this brutal murder was motivated by race. Yet, after three years, no motive has been identified.

Yeah, and NO ONE is daring to say this is a racially motivated hate crime. Riiiight.

But ASAIK, it can be proven that that burned spot on her rug was where the boy was immolated. And I would assume her prints are topmost on her tools, which were the ones used. So it’s pretty tight. Unfortunately, there isn’t any kind of motive. Just a random act of pure evil against a kid she knew slightly. So they probably can prove she burned the body too. But can they prove she killed him, either with the welder or with something else? Follow the blog link in the post to the daily coverage of the trial, and we’ll see.

or try this link ... her blood found on the boy’s stuff in her garbage!

  4. This IS a case of an Adult brutally murdering a CHILD who was innocent and doing nothing wrong. Where is the media - and why the silence?

I just want equality - I guess some ‘children’ are more equal than other children. I just want justice -

Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.

Martin Luther King Jr., Letter from Birmingham Jail, April 16, 1963. I just want NEWS not agenda biased propaganda.

BTW, did you catch Glenn Beck going off on Oprah for comparing Trayvon to Emmit Till?

Now there is an example of a senseless, brutal and evil crime. Almost total media silence back then too.

    God Help America.

  5. We need to put this one in the same cell as the dirt bag scum in the story from Australia posted by peiper the other day. Give them each a dull spoon & let them work on each other. Then throw the next piece of human debris in with the survivor and repeat as needed, after a fair trial, of course. Sometimes, I don’t think I have enough ammo.
