Heart attack patient told to be quiet by paramedic.  Great system huh? Medic told to retrain.

 

1. Retrain.  How about:  “Retrain in another field.  Fail.  Fired, and FORBIDDEN to re-enter the medical profession.  Go change tires for a living son, it’s all you’re good for.”
