   Which brings up another problem.  How do we know that with “fair market value”, New Jersey wouldn’t actually owe Mr. Bloomberg some money?

   I agree.
   We have to seriously question the sanity of a geriatric Supreme Court.  When the founders in the 18th Century made the position life-long, the life span was about 36.  By 1900, it was about 48.  Now, it’s about 80. 
   The Alzheimerism of the Supreme Court should be an issue.  Ginsberg may very well have brain metastases from her cancer.  Who knows about Kennedy, Souter and the other liberalzheimers on the court? 
   Only a shortening in the life terms of these un-elected dictators will cure the ill.
   The once fabled “Diamond of American Jurisprudence” is now the “Supreme Quartz of the United States”.

5. Good shot, Toast.  But at least four people on this travesty of a SCOTUS still seem to have some idea of what America is all about.

   Free men have the right to the fruits of their labor.  Slaves do not.  There is no gray area between them, only the hard either-or.  “Half-free” is like “half-pregnant.” Either you are--or you aren’t.
