I agree.
We have to seriously question the sanity of a geriatric Supreme Court. When the founders in the 18th Century made the position life-long, the life span was about 36. By 1900, it was about 48. Now, it’s about 80.
The Alzheimerism of the Supreme Court should be an issue. Ginsberg may very well have brain metastases from her cancer. Who knows about Kennedy, Souter and the other liberalzheimers on the court?
Only a shortening in the life terms of these un-elected dictators will cure the ill.
The once fabled “Diamond of American Jurisprudence” is now the “Supreme Quartz of the United States”.
