Why don’t we start with keeping them in the same conditions they kept their victims for the same amount of time. That time could count toward their untimate sentence.

I wonder what thei fellow Negroes have to say about all this....
This is simply ONE case - going around the entire US - can you imagine how many people are being taken advantaged of like this and yet, the SSA, does nothing. Don’t police talk to the SSA when people like this go missing? Doesn’t a single family member say - oh by the way - they receive SSD? Corruption, incompetence and fraud abound and people just go tsk, tsk, tsk.
Personally I met a woman - mother of my younger daughter’s friend (2nd grade, ages ago) who attempted the same thing - the (victim) young woman was stupid mostly - she had been in the Army for a short time - couldn’t cope (big surprise) and this ‘religious’ family took her in. Mom wanted desperately to get her SSI checks signed over to them. As she was from a foreign country (Thailand) she asked me to call SSA - after the SSA woman stopped laughing she said No (another big surprise). You should have heard the tongue lashing (I say that as this Thai woman ‘claimed’ to be religious and did not cuss and said Praise the Lord every other sentence) after I told her (which is what I said originally when she asked me) what SSA said. I was like - get her to sign a lease/rent deal, if she is going to continue to live with you - you can’t get her check made out to you. I found out that the young woman wanted to leave - which is why the Mom was so desperate to get the check signed over to them. Another income with no work. It happens all the time.
SSA, the police, families, politicians and the voters do nothing but say tsk, tsk, tsk.
Under Obamacare I would bet these poor victims would become victims again - in front of the Death Panels.
Bite Me - It’s our tax dollars and innocent human beings being squandered and defrauded.
Oh yeah - got on a roll and forgot this point. How is it that the ‘landlord’ can conveniently not notice (super, workman etc - come on in 11 years not a thing is fixed in the basement - they can say run down but in those pictures I did not see run down from the outside) - people & animals locked in the basement ever? Smell, noise, anything at all?
I wonder if a bit of the money went his way to keep him quiet. It will be interesting to see where this story goes.
