1. Anyone who can’t tell the difference between a tv remote and a hand gun is way too STUPID to a paramedic.  This paramoron should be fired and his certs revoked, and then sued into complete poverty.  Some jail time might help cure his rectalocculosis.  This shit head should not be trusted with anyone’s life. As for the cops?  Same treatment, and 5 years hard time in the general population.

2. You know grayjohn, I have to agree. It’s high time “our betters” in government were taught their manners, so to speak. Those in power who do thoughtless wrong, (from suspending a kid for biting a sandwich into the wrong shape, to the plod here who made this guy walk home in his undies after false arrest and then trashing his house, to Obama, etc etc) ought to be punished severely for their stupid and douchey behavior. I’d say about 2 years salary from each of the cops and EMS guys involved here ... and if they don’t have it in savings, then we sell their possessions on eBay until the money is collected. Sell their cars, sell their homes. and they loose their jobs and all pension. And for one year nobody fills that position, so we get to see if said job was even really necessary. Fuggit. With great power comes great risk, and the more of one the more of the other. Run for any high office, and you literally pledge your life and your sacred honor, just the same way the signers of the Declaration did.

   Pretty soon you’ll have a far smaller government staffed by people who can think straight, because blindly following the rules when reasonable thought and decision making was called for gets you keelhauled just the same.

   It’s time to hit the reset button, and to get that idea fully across is going to require quite a lot of rope.
