GUY FINDS BURGLARS IN MOM’S HOUSE, KILLS ONE.  MURDER SAYS IDIOT PROSECUTOR. IDIOT COURT AGREES.

 

1. Hey, they both had knives! Well, at least the 14 yr old ran off with one. And when I came back to the house the older one was still there, and threatened to kill me. Then he attacked me, and ran onto my knife. 8 or 9 times!

   Stupid prosecutor. Burglars = guilty. Dead criminals? Who gives a shit?

2. Same situation in Canada.  If you kill a home intruder, you WILL stand trial for murder (not manslaughter, murder.)

   The best thing most of the States did was enact a Castle Doctrine type of law.

   The duty to retreat or use “reasonable force” only is completely and utterly WRONG.

   The law is an ass.

3. Ok - it seems that the criminals and the victim both had knives - 2 bad guys against 1 good guy - bad guys in good guys mom’s home - not invited. Seems to me that the good guy exercised reasonable action and certainly did not use excessive (it’s not like he had a gun or anything) force. How about the wounded criminal recover in the prosecutor’s home for his two year sentence? These idiots love the criminals so damn much and gripe about how misunderstood they are and how damn crowded the jails are - win-win situation as I see it. Once these liberal losers get a real taste of what it is like to be around these criminals all the time - their attitude will change or they will be dead - as I said - win-win situation.

4. It would be interesting to learn of any previous convictions for the maggot that has ceased to be. I suspect it will be a rather long list. Sadly the liberals have taken over the criminal justice system and now it truly is what it says on the tin. Justice for criminals.
