Of course, this affects only law abiding gun owners, criminals, and gangstas need not fear, their “ civil rights” are never trampled by the Law…
When guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns.

The obvious solution is for San Francisco to declare itself a free and independent nation. That way they could pass all the laws that they love and ban everything they hate, including guns, Republicans and Christians (except Catholic priests), free of limitations imposed by that pesky document called The Constitution.
Of course, after the Peoples Democratic Republic of San Francisco does all of that, Oakland will just come over and kick their ass!

What a bunch of dumbasses there are in San Fran. Y’know, anyone could kill anyone else with a common butcher’s knife, pair of scissors, baseball bat, guitar string, etc...and do so with less mess and while attracting ALOT less attention than a gun. These are all items that show up on police reports with a frequency that would rival that of firearms. Yet none of these dastardly weapons/everyday items are being singled out.
A gun, by itself, is simply a tool - it kills nothing. The homicidal mindset, whether or not a gun is available at the time, is what kills. Another case of liberal pansies barking up the wrong tree.
