  1. Forty years ago, these crazy crazy liberal moonbats were the bomb-throwing, wild-eyed radicals, protesters, and other assorted anti-American vermin.

Now they’re simply called “The Democrats”. AKA the CPUSA (Communist Party of the USA).

  2. I remember on the nite Martin Luther King was murdered I swore I wasn’t going to argue or be polite to white racist assholes anymore.  And I can see some real progress today. The people I hang with, and that includes house-painters and forlift-operaters, (and you guys) regard a racist just like someone who shits their pants in public—pathetic and disgusting.

That’s more powerful than the fear of government sanctions.

But, my daughter lost contact with her black friend in high school because of pressure from black students on her friend—to stop hanging out with a white chick.  One of my Asian daughters-in-law has gotten insulted by Asian jerkoffs.  Her 16 y/o black sister stayed with them in Chicago for the summer to babysit.  When this rainbow family went out to eat, it wasn’t white folks who gave the girl hostile looks.

Remembering my promise, “Hey Hillary—kiss my white ass you skanky bitch!”

  3. These people amaze me, I remember and quote quite often to my children ‘ask not what your country can do for you but ask what you can do for your country’ (JFK) and ‘I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.’ (MLK) - I am a repub and very conservative, but these two comments are the essence of what has/does make America great. Not one of the current Dems/libs with ms hillary clueless leading the pack remembers truely what these men stood for and both would cry if they were here to see where their party and ideals have fallen and become such a joke.

  4. Hey Oink ... why don’t you tell us how you REALLY feel!
I’ll stand in line with you and she can kiss mine too!
I just do not understand how people like her (and Billy, Joe Liberman, Fat Teddy, Al Sharpton, Jessie Jasshole and on & on ...  keep commanding admiration and following of so many semi-intellegent adult members of the human race! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND THIS! Are these people that stupid, or am I missing something? banghead

  5. Corrections & Amplifications

OINK suddenly feels very MSM. ugh!

All regarding the final line of my above comment:

    1. It’s pink. My ass.
    2. Add “race-baiting” to Hillary’s salutation.

But you guys already knew that.

  6. CG,

These folks, most of whom were not elected, of course, were appointed, maybe enthroned, by the media. They play the game, are controversial enough but not too much (that line is getting farther out every day, it seems) and are always good for some newsprint.

The press occasionally gives a nod to someone doing actual good, a coach (basketball, of course), a couple who’s adopted numerous kids, so on. But it is only a nod, at best, then back to the crusade with the Sharpsontonnedy clowns.

  7. Meanwhile, the donks are the party of racism, division, fearmongering and hate speech.

Their party is sinking just about as rapidly as Teddy Boy’s Oldsmobile, off the Chappaquiddick Bridge.

  8. With God as my witness, I will never vote Demoncrate again!

  9. Rickvid ... how much controversy do you need to be TOO MUCH! Fat Teddy kills young women and swims away clean, (pun intended) Wild Billy gets BJ’s in the oval office,( I wonder if he smoked those cigars afterwards) Jessie Jackass runs an organization that blackmails individuals and companies into contributing money so he won’t have to get a real job (I’m sure Rev. Al is up to no good also)… I mean come on now!  wtf
AND a whole sub-culture buys this shit as good and acceptable behavour!

Posted by Carguy    United States   01/18/2006  at  04:47 PM

  10. It’s good and acceptable behavior to those with an “us against them”, “stick it to the man (or whatever)” attitude. It’s what makes heroes out of criminals.

Can you imagine a Federal Judge who was impeached and removed for corruption and perjury being elected to Congress? Apparently the people in Florida’s 23rd district think it’s just fine.

Then there are those who have no shame: Jim Traficant was convicted of corruption and fought to stay in Congress despite being sentenced to eight years in Federal prison. At least Randy “Duke” Cunningham resigned from Congress when he entered his guilty plea on corruption charges.

  11. CG,

Well, no shit Sherlock! That is why I have called for that wing of the Dhimmycrats to break off and form the Socialist Democrats or some such and stop molesting the real Democratic party. Just how far out can you go and still say you are part of the game? If I play basketball using a soccerball and tennis net, I’m NOT playing basketball no matter how much I say I am.

  12. A 3 party sustem ... hmmm hmmm

  13. ... stupid fingers ... 3 party sYstem!

Posted by Carguy    United States   01/19/2006  at  11:59 AM

  14. I think the idea would be to get the lunatic fringe out by themselves sos the rest of us ?sane? types could overwhelm them and get to the business of REALLY running the Country properly.
Not too sure they would fall for it though!

Posted by Carguy    United States   01/19/2006  at  01:25 PM

  15. Yeah, I don’t hold out much hope in this working. First of all, not many people want to be a member of a non-influential party. That means that, if it wern’t strong enough, everyone would gravitate back to the Dummycrats and GOPissers again. If it became the majority party, or even a strong minority party, we’d be right back where we started.
Guess we’ll have to come up with another plan.

Posted by Carguy    United States   01/19/2006  at  01:58 PM

  16. Third parties take votes away from their closest ally; their member are often one-issue nutjobs.  They are characteristic of Parliamentary Democracies, not our system of a strong President.  If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.  The checks and balances work and people have a traditional respect for it.

I cannot think of anything wrong with the U.S. that cannot be solved under the present system.

Posted by Oink    United States   01/19/2006  at  02:02 PM

  17. Oink ... Just because it has worked reasonably well for 230 years doesn’t make it perfect.
I have faith that OCM and I can come up with a better one. (if I could just get him to put that joint down long enough to clear his head ...)
    LOL

Posted by Carguy    United States   01/19/2006  at  02:12 PM

  18. A third party would naturally take away from both major parties, usually dissatisfied or disaffected party members looking for a better choice. They will draw like from like, though. We saw this in the nineties when H. Ross Perot drew mostly from what would have been Repub voters. A third party would also draw from the usually uncommitted/independent crowd, although probably not as much. I think that most uncommitted voters prefer to be that way.

In any case, a third party would have to build locally to gain any real credibility and stability for the long term. Otherwise it would be dependant on one “personality” such as Perot in the nineties and John Anderson in 1980. Does anybody remember the National Unity Party?

Posted by StinKerr    United States   01/19/2006  at  03:17 PM

  19. No, Stin, but I do remember two Wallaces, about twenty years apart (late forties and late sixties).  Democrats, Dixiecrats, Wallacerats, that sort of thing.

    wink

  20. I remember my class torturing an instructor at the sonar school. We found out that his brother in law was some bigshot with the Nixon campaign. Put that together with his being a complete ass and the entire class suddenly became, at least in classs, George Wallace supporters.

I’ve heard/read about Strom Thurmond’s Dixiecrats. I’ll bet that Trent Lott will never forget them. LOL

Was Henry the other Wallace? I recall that the Dems dumped him as FDR’s VP in favor of anybody else, which turned out to be Harry Truman, because nobody wanted Henry Wallace to succeed a failing FDR.

Posted by StinKerr    United States   01/20/2006  at  12:24 AM

  21. Right, Stin, Henry Wallace of the “Wallacerats.” And he was dumped, all right, mostly because he was not the sort of complaisant that Garner had been.  He had too many of his own ideas about how things ought to be done.

    wink
