While that UT cheerleader is indeed a babe, it is however the wrong UT. You’ve picked a shot of a U. of Tennessee cheerleader, not a U. of Texas cheerleader. Tennessee is the Volunteers, Vols for short.
As to the other matter, I think that DeLay is not a gooberhead at all. I think he’s a target for people who want him to be another Dan Quayle, who try to make him look like an idiot. This time, it just won’t stick because the bloggers and the talk radio types out there are hammering Dingy Harry, Babs the Boxer Hound, and Miss America Nan Pelosi on the same but worse things.
As I am NOT a member of the religous right and have always found Delay to be a bit of a self-rightous jerk-then yes, I would consider him to be a gooberhead.
As for the sharks-hmm there is a shark with the nickname “cowshark”.

Since Texas is home to the UT Longhorns-how about Bull sharks.

Yes, now that you mention it, that is not burnt orange. She is a babe even if she is not a Longhorn babe. DeLay has been very effective as a leader in the House. His own party is starting to turn on him a bit now. We shall see all this plays out. I am not in DeLay’s district, so I didn’t vote for him. I voted for Lamar Smith.
I never really cared for Kay Bailey Huthison until now. Every time I saw her, I could just hear her saying, “Don’t have time now, there’s a sale at Foley’s. Besides, I’m a bit leary of people who have two last names.
Good to see she has a great sense of humor.
Needtawrite, she unlike Delay, knows how to keep a low profile, think before runs her mouth and not shoot herself in the foot.
She is one of the most powerful people in the Senate. She has our current Governor, Rick Perry peeing in his pant from fear these days. I think that she wants his job.
Stanley, I can’t believe you. Being that you’re a native of Austin, Texas, I would think that you wouldn’t have the two UTs confused (Tennesse and Texas). That IS a Vols cheerleader, not a Longhorns one. I’m from CHICAGO and I know the difference.
BTW, yes I am a UT Austin fan, and I do hope to go there if things work out.
U2, UT (University of Texas not University of Tennessee) is a great school. I am an alumni. Austin is beautiful also, although it is a little left of center politically (the only spot in Texas that is like that by the way.)
