3) Is the test written in French, German or English?
4) Who determines if we can retake the test?

I think it’s a great idea. Give them all a seat and then move all their seats to Libya. Let’s see how all those foreign “Dippymats” like living in tents in the desert. Oh, and what happens when they commit a crime? Will Mohair Gadfly give them immunity? Oh just think of the possibilities. Hey, we’d also have a great piece of property and building in NY that woiuld go back on the taxrolls!! (I’m assuming the UN doesn’t pay any taxes do they??) Oh well, just some thoughts!!
