   U.S. Constitution, Article One, Section Eight.

   Sure seems to me that any local, or state governments advocating boycotts of other state or local governments is unConstitutional. That would be ‘regulating Commerce...among the several States.’

   But then, since when have Demolishcratscrats ever honored the Constitution?
