What spew! Lamont took less than 52% of the primary vote; his “resounding defeat” of old Joe was barely a majority. Same goes for Moore’s claim of Dems being the majority of Americans: if that’s true it’s only true by a few hundred people. Big deal.
So now I guess Moore-on is the Jabba the Hutt behind Howie Dean’s throne? “All your votes are belong to me”? At least the Dems now have a 2-issue ticket: pro-abortion AND anti-war. Gee, wow.
On the other hand, I’m all for voting out just about every incumbent in DC, regardless of party. So have at it fatso.

Word is out that Leiberman is going to run as an independent. I think he will be back in the senate if he does. Personally I’d like to see him do what Ben Nighthorse Cambell did, and defect to the Republican party. But he won’t, and that’s not to big a deal. Still like the guy even if he is a Dem.

What gets me is that M & M (and my apologies to my absolute fav ‘de-harsh my mellow’ candy - but it fits this moron) and ‘Mother’ Sheehan have risen to the top of loonies running the DNC? As long as they insist, demand - screed that they are in the majority, control whatever - the DNC is not only not viable but may actually be terminal.
In UnHoly Alliance - Horowitz had some good stats - so added to the ones I listed
Oct 2002 House vote 215 Yea - 6 Nay (R)
81 Yea - 126 Nay (D) or in easier number for M & M to understand
296 Yea to 132 Nay (31%) that’s not even HALF;not a majority
March 2003 vote to Support President/OIF
Senate 100% YEA - oops not even one voted against it (hint M & M - not a majority)
House 421 Yea
11 Nay (do you spot the trend here that M & M can’t?)
