Fudging The Numbers

 

1. I expected this to happen as people start trying to get back to normal. Reading story after story about how no one is immune and how the numbers are spiking up. It happened because they kept us locked up. There is a huge difference from people like me just staying home and healthy people going on with life and shutting down everyone. We are seeing it happen and once again Trump will be blamed. Stupid.

   But then there was a piece of garbage that my nephew posted on FB, supposedly a Fox News interview with Trump where he ‘said’ Biden is going to be the President. Problem is - I didn’t hear it at all. And people won’t watch/listen, they will read the ‘transcript’ and believe it. Called on it - and Daily Beast (which has a tag line beside the ‘article’ - Different times. Same snark.) will say - someone ‘edited’ the video at the wrong point. And that’s the core problem - our Media panders what they want - without regard to Truth, Facts and even Reality.

   So tired of it all.

   BTW, Full30.com has a video - graphic: Why Officers Shoot Until the Threat has Stopped. just over 3 minutes, you can see from the git go that the guy wanted to ‘suicide by cop’ - but it does show how a seemingly unarmed man just can keep going until there is no other option but to shoot to kill.

   3 Minutes - not the 30 seconds of the end result. I know that Floyd was murdered. But I believe more of this happens, than that. They gave this guy every chance to simply drop the knife and give up. I believe that when you combine a crime (most especially with a recidivist criminal) and/or drugs that they realize it’s no use and choose suicide by cop. Unless they scream - go ahead and shoot me (like this guy and one I saw on The First 48) - the Public has no clue that that is what is happening. I believe that scenario happens more often then the black community wants to admit. P.S. the guy in this video is white.

   Now they are using it to destroy America. Sad and disgusting. Where are the voices to stop it? Congress? Governors? Religious Leaders (although on FB Franklin Graham did a good job of it)? We The People can only do it by voting - but since about 1965 - it’s been choosing between hemlock and arsenic - who is going to destroy us faster (the Dems is a given to me). And that is no choice. The third parties are a joke. Nader ran until he couldn’t (at least he had the decency to step aside - something Clinton, Biden, Sanders & Pelosi should do) The 3rd parties are always stressing their most outrageous issue idea as their platform. I know - it’s all meant to get America to a one party system.

   I just don’t get why people see anything/everything government controlled as the answer. When speaking on an individual level - the Armed Forces, VA, Medicaid, Medicare, Congress, The President, Governors, Government programs - they see every failure and flaw, yet they keep pushing for more, More, MORE?!?

   A symptom of mental illness is doing the same thing again and again - expecting different results. America was fine until DC started to ‘fix’ it. Now it’s on steroids to remake it.  When will it end?

2. OMG - an article on American Thinker - The Left Craps Out - just made me realize what’s going to happen. The DNC is not even having a convention (blame covid, entered here) but what happens IF there is a repeat of Chicago 1968? Will they use that, as an excuse - pardon me, my error -Will Biden use that as an excuse to drop out, sans Johnson? I know that the DNC wants to take out Sanders and Biden - will this be the way? Pay Antifa to burn down the cities until the dems have ‘no other option’ than put a full blown socialist/communist ticket in - to win?

   Problem is 90% of the crap people involved in the destruction of/socialist loving - aren’t even registered to vote nor will they vote. Which is why the Dems want vote-by-mail. Just send ballots to every address in every dem stronghold, irregardless if they are registered or not. I truly believe in most dem strongholds that they ‘win’ by cheating alone. Saw it here during the Obama elections.

   Just a thought -but very thought provoking - since everything the dem establishment does - from racial strife, through radical leftists rioting, to pandering old white people to head the party (most of them abject racists and criminals) harken back to that hey day of 68 to 74 when they forced Nixon’s resignation. They have been doing this since Nov 2016 and must be stopped now - before they destroy America - once and for all.

3. Our Nazi governor Brown is also playing games here in Oregon “Requiring us” to wear masks in any public venue. You should see the cool mask I ordered from Bezos. Kind of an all american Suicide Squad member in red white and blue.The EDICT only says “a mask”, not what kind so this will be fun.

4. Gateway Pundit has an essay up from some nitwit doctor who says that masks are BAD for you if you’re sick. Hey doc, if you’re sick, STAY THE HECK HOME where you don’t need a mask. Get groceries delivered, order online and use the pickup service, or just wear the damn mask and do an early morning speed run to the store for essentials.

   Grocery stores here have a special “high risk” hour early in the morning when only old folks, high risk folks and the currently sick can shop. Which seems counterproductive, unless the idea is to get a fresh coat of virus on surfaces and pollute the air before the regular shoppers arrive.

   Nothing makes sense anymore.
