French Whine

 

1. In short; the Brits worked for it, the French felt it was their natural due.

   It’s not that they need more sour grapes for their wine, but this guy is providing plenty.

2. I wish the French had got it. We will end up paying for it for years to come. However it’s good that it upsets the French. Anything that gets a whine out of them is good value. I note that yesterday the EU decided that French fisherman had (quelle surprise) been breaking the rules. Don’t they realise the rules only apply to everyone but the French? They slapped them with a £12 million fine. Mark my words they will be burning tyres in the streets and blockading Calais shortly!

3. Damn this is funny! I spent my working life in sales Skipper.  Rule No. 1 is there just isn’t any money for “Place” or “Show”.

5. I love winter Olympics, don’t usually care for summer Olympics............My brother, a TV news photographer, works for the network on each winter Olympics & won an Emmy for his coverage of the last one.............He travels all over the world prior to each winter Olympics doing promos of the athletes ...........great job & the netwok pays big bucks for this........
