2. That is what you get when you become so PC its suicide.  Compound this with the fact that police officers have become so emasculated and are afraid of doing their job for fear of being reprimanded or fired because of BS accusations of police brutality.  Eventually, the police will become completely ineffective and society will breakdown.  The police will no longer do their job as long as they feel that society will punish them for it.  Better to just leave and go write traffic tickets for law abiding citizens.
