  1. Well I hope it stops soon and the people settle down. They’ve proved their point. whatever is may be.

Besides, I picked “500-1000” in the LGF “how many cars will burn” pool, and so far I’m winning!  LOL  LOL  LOL

Next come questions for our UK readers:

Is there a conservative in the UK who can run for PM?

Do they have a flag Fred Thompson flag who will step up to the challenge??</CENTER>

  2. Drew the new “boy King” David Cameron is the current leader of the Conservatives. Unfortunately Blair has had such an impact on British politics that the Conservatives have been forced to adopt his approach. There is little to choose between either of them. Though with Blair making way for the miserable bastard Gordon Brown. We may see some clear water between the two parties.

The problem with politicians is they are more concerned with winning than with doing what’s right. At the last election the Conservatives promised to do something about immigration and were labelled racist by the socialists. So now they don’t mention it and have swallowed Al Gore’s glowbull warming bunk, hook line and sinker. They paint themselves as the new green party. It’s hogwash but as I say they are only interested in getting into office so they say what they think the electorate wants to hear.

I have never voted for the socialists and never will but I can’t bring myself to vote for a “conservative” party that is bordering on a socialist party. They have said nothing about cutting the massive welfare budget and abolishing some of the thousands public sector non jobs like the “lesbian gay outreach counsellors” that have sprung up under Labour. Nor will they repeal the outrageous Human Rights Act which prevents us deporting terrorists (for example).

Personally I will be voting for the UK Independence Party. They are a bunch of amateurs but their main argument is to get Britain out Europe which is what we really need. As an example Blair was in Washington a few years back and GWB offered to make Britain a special trading partner. Blair had to decline because all our trade policy is controlled by the EU and we can’t make deals like that. It was the same when we joined the then EEC. We had sweetheart deals with countries like Australia and New Zealand. The EUrowankers told us that was not acceptable so we shafted our former allies. Though interestingly the Fwench were able to keep their lucrative deals with their ex colonies.

So to answer your question the Conservative party have a leader who if he wins in a couple of years time will be the Prime Minister but I don’t consider him a Conservative.

I hope the Skipper is right about the pendulum swinging to the right but I have my doubts. I think the road ahead for France will be very rocky. The last time they started talking about cutting welfare the riots and strikes brought them to their knees. They have more welfare recipients now and a huge illegal immigrant population not to mention the North Africans in their midst. I think it could well get ugly!

  5. I think the appropriate term for spontaneous torched french vehicles, comes from the Emperor Himself, Misha I, is CarBQ’s, and it is a great statistical tool to measure the righteousness of an event within the western caliphates.

  6. But has anybody studied the effects of CarBQs on the environment?  I see that the Goreacle hasn’t been denouncing the CarBQs yet.

  7. Well, you know how this “Double Standard” thingy works, right?. Like when someone says that certain people, regardless of what they say cannot be racist? Apparently, that way of thinking is huge among the Left-of-the-spectrum crowds. So, bottomline, if you are a minority (which in fact has nothing to do with being a minority, but with not being white and Christian), you cannot be accused of, pretty much, nothing. In this case, their Carbon Offset has been pre-paid by the Western Culture continuous Crusade, the stupid mission that some White Christians have embraced to protect themselves and their culture from being butchered and destroyed by their friendly eastern neighbors.

  8. When a liberal, socialist or communist wins an election anywhere in the world the rest of us just shrug, vow to do better next election and go about our business. When a moderate or conservative wins an election the whining pissants rise up and raise hell.

The reason for this Skipper is that to normal people, like conservatives, it’s just politics. To the Left, politics is their Religion. And everything is political. Gorebalony warming is a righteous Crusade, never mind the lack of evidence. Being a practicing Christian means you are an intolerant heretic and must be silenced in public. There’s the homosexuals who chant ‘keep the government out of our bedrooms’ all the while pushing their bedrooms out into the public square, the schools, and even into my house through TV shows. (one reason I yanked cable tv years ago, nor do I attend movies anymore)

Now they are coming for our thoughts. Hate-crime is coming just 23 years late. If you offend (blaspheme) their ‘religion’ they will lock you and me up.
