  2. Oh, one more thing.  Yesterday all I read was how awful the weather was going to be.  Snow.  Clouds.

Given the President’s speech and heavy references to God, isn’t it ironic and coincidental that the sun shone so brightly?

    A message?

  3. Hail to the Chief.
It feels good to be an American today doesn’t it?
The right man at the right time. Ohyea.

  4. Isn’t freedom of speech grand?
One side of the street are the pansies “war is not the answer’ moonbat signs.
On the other side? A group holding signs, “Shut up hippy”

  5. Awesome speech, awesome ceremony, awesome feeling.  Today was a great day to be an American!

Oh, yeah...particularly awesome was the fact that sKerry couldn’t get any closer than 30 ft to the podium.

  7. ““America will not pretend that jailed dissidents prefer their chains, or that women welcome humiliation and servitude, or that any human being aspires to live at the mercy of bullies.”

Good--but the deplorable percentage of America that voted for the ketchup gigolo has no choice but to pretend, as they will continue to prove.

  8. Watched the inaguration today on FoxNews.

Did you guys see the look on Judge Rehnquist’s face as he was walking down the aisle to administer the oath? He looks like someone I wouldn’t want to ever piss off. Very determined, even in the cold and given his illness, to be there. Very cool.

  9. I think Chief Justice Rehnquist will be stepping down VERY SOON now that he’s done his duty! I pray for him and everyone there all the time.
