1. New York Police Actually get it right!

   Must have been a Registered Weapon, otherwise he would have gone to jail.

   Too bad a Shotgun is not of much use to people that are outside of their home or business.

   Pistols are Not allowed, so all Pedestrians are left without a means of self-defense.

   Even the Kid with the Nunchakas went to jail.

   Turns out he did not have the Required Permit so they Confiscated his weapon.

   But he was a victim, police said, and no charges had been filed on Friday.

What a shame that because of the whiners on the liberal left who have neutered and made a joke of the police, the court system and the prison system - and excused almost every single crime/criminal that 72 year old men are forced to resort to killing and then face the wrath that the msm attempts to gin up against him for 1) having a gun and 2) defending his place of business, his employees and his legally gotten income by shooting the robbers.

   I am glad that even in New York - sanity can abound (most especially since the NFL idiot is going to face charges for shooting himself) - So I guess there is still some justice even in the Big Apple. . .

   I would contribute to the Augusto Shotgun Replacement Fund. He will most certainly need to be armed in the future too - since the msm wanted him for killing innocent youths.

   One has to wonder if the relative who claimed the one youth had money was lying or if there was a more criminal reason these four were carrying a gun (first mistake, never hit someone with a gun - shoot it, gives those around you the realization that you have no intention of using it - i.e. the upper hand) and also why weren’t the robbers criminal records published beyond - known by the police? Known for what - bet it’s armed robbery. And yet they are on the street to rob, assault and intimidate innocent people.

   I like Ted Nugent’s take on this: I don’t like repeat offenders, I like dead offenders.

8. Police sources said Footman, one of the victims, had previously been arrested for robbery and weapons charges. The other three robbers were also known to police.
