Um, I kinda don’t want to point it out but I think you double posted the flower gag Drew.
Alley Cat - they will come round up the Mom (and tom if they can find him) neuter them and then either release them back or into a more appropriate spot (if they are not good with humans). It will at the very least stop the free flow of kittens. And I found out that most SPCAs will pass un-socialized cats to Alley Cat rather then just euthanizing them. A great organization - my Mom worked with them for years on the semi-wild/feral cats she would encounter throughout her life. It is how we got the itty bitty kitty - among the group of the last cats she got spayed/neutered and that she fed daily. Also a great way to start the human socialization process. Although - both our rescue kitties prove human socialization has to be done when they are tiny babies - neither of our kitty litter are social at all. And still I feed them, buy them toys and hope for a miracle.
yes, you have to get them very small or else they stay off-ish forever. Which means you almost have to rob the nest; once the kittens are out and about exploring their world it’s already nearly too late.
