For the record it sounds like your guys in Hernando County may be a little trigger happy. It gets that way in costal areas.
Things went fine here in Alachua County and once again we were sparred. Big boost in sales at Sam’s Club, Lowes and Home Depot, should make the Chamber of Commerce Happy
Politics aside storm emergencies are a damned if you do, damned if you don’t scenario based on second quessing Mother Nature (and if you’ve ever been married you know changing her mind at the last minute is a womans perogative, and MAMA won’t be trifled with).
I could go on but, I’ve been associated with Emergency Management at county level in one capacity or another since 1972,I could blather on all day. So I need to shut up now and let somebody else talk.....
