Same here this morning. Big wet sticky flakes, a goodly layer of slush and snow on untreated/unplowed roads, and a slooooooow drive into work. Things got better by the afternoon, with the raised temperature clearing off the roads.
We’ll get one or two more of these temper tantrums from Old Man Winter before he’s given the bum’s-rush by Spring.
Until then, my Fisher woodstove can continue to burn wood aplenty from my more than ample firewood stacks that Mrs. Tiger & I put away in the fall, and I will continue to enjoy my man-made summer here in my den.
Time for a cold Guinness.
