  1. Goes with what Rush was saying that this is all intentional - and so damn typical of gov run crappola. Private (you know the evil free market) does everything better because when you start getting bad reviews - you lose money and will eventually go belly up. With gov - you just raise taxes and double down on the ‘fixes’ - which also never work. I just wish that 51% of Americans would fully grasp that simple fact.

I’d rather a greedy rich fat cat (no matter his/her color) providing a good or service - over a corrupt, greedy rich politico who has no accountability and almost no way (short of death) to get rid of ‘em - who doesn’t care if his/her intentionally non-functional policy ever works or does what it was ‘sold’ to do.

  2. There will be no arrests. But there will be many awards and lucrative contracts given to incompetent losers.

  3. I agree with the all of foregoing.  My eyes just HAVE to roll, though, because (a) the day Princess Diana died, I was sitting on the deck of a cottage on the coast of Maine, writing (what was in that day) a fairly sophisticated Web site, in seething HTML.  No biggie.  And my next big project was managing a team of, oh, maybe 15 developers, to create, for one of the wealthiest, most recognizable families in America, an integrated financial system that accounted for their checkbooks, their investments, their partnerships, their trusts, their investment performance, supported their investment portfolio managers and traders, and spat out finished tax returns on October 15.  And I delivered it on time, January 1, 2000, for the princely sum of $4million.  So pardon me if I am not impressed with the HealthCare.gov project.  That was child’s play.  Sadly, it was executed by a team of children & thieves.

  4. Remember the name CGI Group folks.  This is the Canadian contractor that created a boondoggle of a firearms registry in Canada, with a total cost hitting about $2 BILLION.  Someone estimated that works out to about $370 per firearm registered, often exceeding the cost of any individual firearm.

    Utter fiscal MADNESS.

CGI Group is also the contractor behind Obamacare.  (Also madness both fiscal and liberty standpoints.)

Let these two failed disaster projects forever be millstones around this company’s neck.
