Man I’m torn. On one hand that’s a breaching Great White-on the other hand I like seals and seal lions.
The circle of life can be brutal at times.
All God’s creatures gotta eat, Twerp. Myself, I prefer Cheetos but I don’t think the fellow in the picture here would appreciate the crunch.
This is the cycle of nature - not only with sharks & their prey but with all animals/fish/insects/flying birds, etc.......
Allan - problem tonight - all the backgrounds of the posts & responses are black & the responses are in blue on black - making it extremely difficult to read - ? a problem........
Dottie, it seems to be a problem that affects Apple users only. OldCatMan had similar problems. I am looking into it.
8:42 - It has all cleared up & back to the norm..........Whatever the problem was it is now ok.......
Dottie, it’s fixed because I’ve been on the phone with a friend who owns a Mac and we have been testing and debugging several things. We finally found the problem in the site’s style sheet that MacOS interprets differently from Windows. Apple sucks.
Ahhhh, the things I do for my motley crew here. Tireless effort and never a single “thanks”.
Let’s see, Who will PETA sue for this one? It would really be bad if it was a giant beaver eating a tree. Then Greenpeace would have to fight PETA.
That’s not a seal, it’s a penguin. Look at the feet.
Oh great Captain - as a member of your “motley crew”, I am most appreciative of the efforts you extend for your blog members...........As I am not knowledgible of the intricacies of maintaining a blog, I did not know what prompted the problem last night ...........However, I am thrilled that you took the time to fix the problem, as I am sure OCM is also........
BTW, those of us who have Apple/Macs love our computers - have had Mac’s for over 10 years & have never had one “crash” as seems to happen to PC users - our Operating Systems are easier to use - one click & you are where you want to be.........
OCM - to update you on my hospital’s use of my pictures for our new Emergency Department......My Chief Nurse Executive has chosen 11 of my photos to be placed in our new ED rooms...........I archived the pics, copied them to a CD & took them into the photo lab today.........My CNE will take the finished photos & have them matted & framed & they will be hung in time for our ribbon cutting on August 11..........She is paying me my asking price per picture plus my time to archive them & consult with the photo lab........This is only the beginning - we will need more photos to be placed in the hallways..........My CNE will want to see what I photograph on my trip back to New England in September..........There will also be recognition for me doing the photos............This is so exciting for me..........
